Amy was great. There were some wider issues with the reception team and my calls were not passed on or returned on a couple of occasions. David and Amy dealt with my complaint effectively.

Iain was very helpful when I was designing the mini - explaining all the different things that could be included. He also kept me updated throughout the process. He was also great explaining all the functions when I was picking the car up.
