I was really happy with the service we received. Blair particularly was patient knowledgeable and helpful. I was particularly impressed how he helped my wife get comfortable on her test drive; as she was quite nervous driving her first EV.

The staff were very friendly. It was great to leave my key in a secure box when I dropped the car off in the morning. It is easy to do do as I am useless with technology. My car was driven to the entrance when I collected it.

This is my 2nd leased car through the Motability scheme and will be looking to get a 3rd. I have used other garages but find the staff at Douglas park Glasgow always provide a high standard of customer service
