The initial visit to the center was amazing but after we booked the car, the finance application stage and the experience through it was unpleasant and filled with lot of unknowns and unanswered questions at every step. Amy and Finely were great

The communication was very poor No videos from the mechanic examining my vehicle The manner used to greet customers by Dylan at Douglas Park, calling out customers last name, for me was not very friendly or professional. Disappointed in the service

I was satisfied with the work carried out and with the initial conversation with the service staff. Communication with the key staff member was woeful and led to considerable inconvenience. This was entirely unnecessary and avoidable.
