Can't fault the staff and service on the day but the app and booking confirmation advises you to attend the showroom for the service and this is incorrect. Caused a lot of trouble for us to then try and find where the car was supposed to go at 8am.

The booking experience was first class, and the service and MOT was undertaken with clear video evidence of any issues found. Thereafter I was fully supported in getting the repairs and completion of my MOT.
