The experience within Douglas Park Glasgow was outstanding. They went out of their way to find the car I wanted and kept me up to date at all times with the next steps and ensured collecting my new car was special.

Brilliant service from Ryan whole process was impressively efficient - expressed interest on line Tuesday, contacted Wednesday, test drive Thursday, car ready to collect Saturday am. Thorough hand over from Ryan at collection also

Did not feel pressurised during sales process. Sales advisor was very helpful and went over all the small details during collection process

The whole process was fun. I wasn't given a hard sell. Darren Sutherland was excellent. By far the best I have dealt with. Very professional but also helped me with the purchase of my mini all the way through to the end.

All the controls were fully explained and the sales person and "Mini Genius" were very patient and accommodating.

A mistake was made (stripes removed from bonnet) BUT noticed before our pick-up time so although pick-up was delayed it was resolved with minimum hassle for us.

It was collected on time and delivered a few hours later. So convenient. The car was washed and valeted before being returned. Brilliant.

excellent service and high quality repairs done to the car, only comment would be maybe inform me of the price of certian services before giving me the final bill as it was quite large and I would have liked some advanced notice to sort funds

My Car wasn't fixed. Wasn't updated. I had to call them at 515pm to ask what was happening. I had drove all the way to the garage rather than being told to keep the courtesy card until my vehicle has been fixed which they then said after I drove in.

Service staff were very good in keeping me informed about the jobs that's needing done to my car & didn't charge me for things that although were booked yet is not due to get done until next year. I paid so much less than what I was quoted.Very happy

Customer service was very good. Had follow up call to clarify what was being done prior to work being done. Car collection was easy

Could have been planned better. Two days to get work done instead of one because of logistics. Ended up staying a night and taking leave.
