From start to finish, Jess has been amazing. She listened to my requirements for a new car and found the perfect one for me. She kept in touch throughout the process and made the handover as smooth as possible. Nothing has been too much trouble.

Very helpful and efficient. Good communucation. However I was disappointed that my washer fluid was left empty even though the repair was Ito the washers. I would have expected it to have been filled before returning the car.
