Jess what just fantastic from start to finish. She firstly showed me all the various Mini car options. Took me out in test drives for the two I was most interested in. She explained the whole process in a way that was straightforward. Excellent !

They contacted us before we knew ourselves of the required oil change although it was flagged in the car later the same day. The appointment was easily set up and we got the car back with a service check done the same day.

Staff were very professional and friendly. A steering issue with the car was immediately identified by technician Stephen and rectified. Very impressed with the service and regular updates as work progressed.

I was satisfied until my journey home which told me my tyre pressure monitor had failed- a new tyre had been fitted- i tried 2 days to see if it would work but it wouldnt so had to book another appointment to bring the car back to the garage
