Ryan Smith was great to deal with. Phoned the branch looking to purchase a new Countryman and picked it up within a week. Very clear over the phone and kept me up to date at all stages of the process including initial order and finance going through.

Extremely happy with all aspects of customer care. David Fleming (Glasgow Douglas Park) was so helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy as a sales man. Kept in contact with me and updated me on progress of car. Whole experience fantastic.

Was told my car had failed on a tyre, and that I wouldn't get my car back until the following day, once my Mum phoned and complained, my car was delivered back to me with 1.5 hours, terrible customer service.

All very professionally dealt with and my car was super clean afterwards. Only problem was I had a red triangle with 1 by the side that indicated a problem with my lights and despite asking for this to be sorted, it was not rectified.

I'm happy with the replacement of the front brakes and discs and the repair of the front washers, however the back washer still don't work and I have phoned twice and left messages to report that and no one has phoned me back.

Not only was the necessary work done but the car was picked up and returned to my home. This was really appreciated as we are in our 70's and no longer like driving through the rush hour to drop off the car for service.

I gave an extra star because the recall part seems to have gone well, and because the manager I spoke to the day after was apologetic. However on the day when I encountered a problem and gave them an opportunity to fix it, they made it my problem.
