My sales exec, Iain Cassidy, was delightful to deal with. Always made sure I was comfortable & hydrated (sunny days). Nothing was a bother. I could contact him anytime & he was so well mannered and professional whilst keeping a warm & friendly vibe.

The customer service was lacking. But on the plus side the car was sparkling and clean, the facilities were spotless and my tyre was changed that day.

I felt Ryan could have communicated better the need to have the mini app on my mobile before handover of the car, and could have offered the drive away insurance sooner when I called more than once to express I was having a problem getting insurance
