The staff are pleasant and efficient and keep you updated. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is because I had the battery in my remote replaced which had to be replaced again a few days later and which entailed me (my husband) taking it back again.
This is my second time purchasing a Mini Countryman from Douglas Park Glasgow. My sales advisor was John Macleod and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. John kept me up to date with timescales and checked in after the handover was complete
Very good. The only slight issue was my husband took my car in for service and mot and asked to be informed when to collect the car. He left his number but unfortunately I received the text message instead which I only picked up later.

It was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The sales advisor Rachael answered all my questions and found the vehicle I was looking for.
Prices for out of warranty work are Not competitive.. For example quoted £162 per tyre when i could shop around and get 2 premium brand tyres fitted for £191. Ridiculous.

Needed my car in for some repairs. I did get my car fixed under warranty after a few days which was fairly quick. However everytime I phoned, no one seemed to know who I was even when giving my registration number.
Kept having to call in and took over a week to sort when it should have taken a couple of days and didn't get a car replacement while I waited

Previously VW customer. Compared to VW the experience wasn't as good. Returning deposit from demonstrator car slow,delayed my decision to make purchase.Unable to track progress of build online and I had to instigate communication for updates.
