I felt the mechanic was honest and could trust what he advised. Staff were all professional and courteous. Car was valeted which is always appreciated.
Met all commitments , good service , nice facility , engaged staff.
They were superb. I ordered the wrong shade of white for my daughter and it was not a problem to change it. The sales agent was also very good.
Was told there would be transport from garage to city but this was only available if I waited 45 minutes. No call to say car was ready..I called after 5 hours to enquire but no call back. Walked back to garage not knowing if car was ready.

In the days prior to pick-up it took a few attempts to speak to our salesman to get details we needed for insurance. We appreciate he was busy, but still disappointing to have to leave so many messages and have unreturned calls.
Although the staff were helpful, friendly and interested, my overall impression was the sale was more important than what it meant to me. I suspect this comes from BMW and the specific product determining how the individual would be dealt with.
A long wait for the initial appointment - some 45 minutes spent waiting for a pre-booked appointment.
All questions were answered and details of expectations on delivery etc were very clear.Gary Young ensured that the car would meet all my needs as I have disabilities. He was very caring patient and understanding in relation to what would work for me

Positive experience before and after but still waiting on the delivery and fitting of additional rally lights to my car which i receiced 2 weeks ago.
No problems and a spotless car returned.

The work was carried out very well, and I was informed once the car was ready. Transport was offered from the service centre into town.
I was told when I arrived to pick my car up that it was needing a new fan belt immediately( they had put it down as an amber on the service form, but told it should have been a red). This should have been explained on the phone when they updated me

Margaret McNeice at Mini Glasgow dealership is an excellent Manager. She arranges work to be carried out exactly to the needs and requests of the client.
Staff courteous, kept me informed of cars progress, dealt with quickly at drop off and collection. Sent me a video of the car with a commentary too.
Brilliant service from start to finish.
Took Douglas Park week to find cause of fault. They drove the car for 200miles and didnt put any fuel in. When I picked up the car it showed a range of 15miles, which dropped quickly, I had to find petrol station immediately in an unfamiliar area.

I put my car in to have a faulty break light replaced and the representative Gordon was very rude I felt as if I had offended him simply by walking in the door he then called me at 5pm to say I could not get the car back as they did not have the part

I left my car the evening before and it was ready around 10am next morning. I have a TLC package so I didn't have a bill to pay.
I built MY Mini with one person then when I went to finalise my order I was passed too another member of staff who couldn't get my original order and had to do it all over again in a space of 15 minutes as i had other business too attend to.
No options provided.
