The issue wasnt fixed same day then when I finally got the car back, the seatbelt hadnt been reattached...four trips to DP for a minor issue. I wasnt pleased

Normally this would be a higher, however, was not offered my usual courtesy lift to work after dropping my car off. Guy beside me speaking to another advisor was offered (as I have been previously) and was offered tea and coffee before he left.
Margaret McNeice is brilliant. She arranged for a courtesy car while my car was getting repaired.
My car was in for its 1st service which was completed no problem but it was in due to a recall on the convertible roof, the recall job wasnt completed but my car is booked in to get it done soon.

When we arrived at Douglas Park Glasgow we were met by a very pleasant receptionist who told us one of her customer adviser colleagues would assist us. None of the advisers had customers with them yet not one lifted there heads to acknowledge us.
I find Douglas Park so easy to deal with and they are helpful and attentive. Service is excellent and the car is always spotless when returned.
